In this September workshop we will build a bass marimba for Eagle Creek Elementary School in Arlington, WA.
Additional attendees (limit 7) pay $250 for the 3 day workshop.
This workshop format is working out real well! Teachers get a marimba and a new local builder. Many other attendees are building marimbas and some are even going into the business.

Hey there - I know this is late but what a fantastic time I had there! We were able to make a beautiful baritone marimba and have a lot of fun in the process. AND YES!!!! I bought that marimba, brought it home, and my kids LOVE it. Oh ya, bought some power tools and a pile-o-wood and I'm in the process of making my own.
ReplyDeleteI highly recommend this workshop!!
